Nicholas Earl Johnson, 138 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, is here for court. 

Kendrick Deshay Jones, 205 Claude St., Batesville, was arrested on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Benny Dwayne Marberry, 2519 Pea Ridge Rd., Grenada, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Circuit Court and Justice Court.

Allen Kenterius Pettis, 109 Pepperbrook Cove, Southaven, has a hold for Southaven Police Department. 

James Jerodney Lee, 216 West St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of parole. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Terry Dewayne Key, 100 Woods St., Batesville, has a hold and was arrested and charged with false information, concealed weapon, discharging a firearm in city limits. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Quindredrous A’keme Ellis, 218 Broadway St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

May 17

Misty Dawn Burrows, 1084 Lovejoy Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon Jamal Conner, 497 Bonita Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Lawrence Morgan Jr., 650 Dawn Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ocxavious Marquese Poole, 807 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent and firearm enhancement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Ciruit Court.

May 18

Jadrein Shermaine Thomas, 212 Klyce St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Errick Hackler, 560 Luella Ave., Calumet City, Ill., is a federal detainee. 

Kedrick Tremain Sanford, 8 Old Hwy. 51, Courtland, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Robert L. Tidwell, 220 Hwy. 301 Lake Cormorant, was arrested and charged with felony fleeing. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Chester D. Island, 1358 Harpo St., Tunica, was arrested and charged with false pretenses. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Marcus Donate Petty, 4903 Lucious Taylor Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, disturbing the peace and open container. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Mario Antwon Dandridge, 712 Letha Wiley Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ty Thomas Pittman, 130 Faith Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with stalking. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
