A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

January 11
Lindell Rodgers, 10841 Ebenezer Rd., Lexington, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
James Calvin Mosley, 445 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and expired tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Howard Ray Tackett Sr., 3929 S. Rollin Circle, Memphis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
January 12
Jerry McBrayer Jr, 153380 Panola Rd., Como was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard and justice court.  
Littlerunning Wilson, 109 Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
January 13
John Eric Wiginton, 141 Dogwood Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of methamphetamine and  marijuana.

Gordon Dewayne Dulin, 64 Hill St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary and possession of marijuana with a firearm. The case will be heard in justice court.
Laporchia K. Young, 435 Warren St., Como,was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard Como Municipal Court.
William Eddie Holloway, 2574 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard and justice court.
Gregory D Houston, 400 Frederick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and simple assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Keldric D. Henderson, 112 William St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon and burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Anthony William Jones, 427 Frederick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Dennis James Theilen, 407 Railroad St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI-other, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, driving on the wrong side of the road, and possession of paraphernalia.
Richard Stanley Hunter, 387 S. Crockett, Senatobia, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and expired tag. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.
Anthony Dewayne Flowers, 204 Claude St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
January 14
Walter Charles Tunson Jr., 4060 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with arson – third degree. The case will be heard in circuit court.
Beverly Lynn Crump, 873C Chapel Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with selling of controlled substance (Methamphetamine). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Melvin Clark II, 244 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with one count of statutory right and sentenced with eight years to serve MDOC.
Vincent Ruffin, 412 Weston St., Como, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and revoking bail.
Kirby Denette Bailey, 6091 Barnacre Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Thecase will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
