A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

January 4
Rusell Lamar Pugh, 657 McClyde Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with domestic violence (three counts) and aggravated domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Gregory Alan Massey, 175 Shannon Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disoderly conduct, domestic violence, malicious mischief and threatenting phone calls. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
January 5
Gregory Lee Hamilton, 521 A. Gleeton Rd., Pope, was sentenced to one year to serve and charged with felony fleeing. The case was  heard in Circuit Court.
Terron Taiwan Shegog, 321 A Gleeton Rd., Pope, was sentenced to three years for possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Terrance Santail Twilley, 125 Humphrey Ave., Crowder, was arrested for probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Crystal Gail Long, 619 Bowen Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with hindering prosecution and rendering criminal assistance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
James Edward Collier, 119 Church St., Batesville, was arrested andcharged with two counts of methanphetamine. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Joshua Drew Russell, 22 Dogwood Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with joyriding and has a hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
January 6
Whitney Leanne Fisher, 908 Sanders Rd., Amory, is a federal inmate.
Demetric Devon Heafner, 799 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
Michael Leon Williams, 28341 Hwy. 35 South, Sardis, was arrested and charged with viotion probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Daphne T. Thomas, 109 Jackson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Corderio S. Lark, 7101 Tulane Rd. Apt. 156, Horn Lake, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault, resisting arrest, disturbance of the peace and public drunk. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.
January 7
Cory Antonio Nelson, 328 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Kelly Diana Williamson, 111 East Eureka St. Apt. 10, Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Melanie Diane Gaters, 1691 Wilson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Corey Dewy Davis, 66 County Road 5007, Como, has a hold for Washington County.

Dustin Trent Purser, 5715 Hwy. 6 West, Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Adam Dee Dolden, 327 Ponud Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Justin Wade Ware, 1310 Quitman Ave., Crowder, has a hold.
Jamie Johnson Crosswhite, 164 Anthony Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with felony false pretense. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Tyson Anton Williams, 6588 Ebonisa Rd., Lexington, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Savannah Cheyanne Simpson, 114 Gore Circle, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with no seat belt, no proof of insurance and possession of cocaine. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Gage Heath Moss, 114 Gore Circle, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Dundrygus Martinez Henderson, 872 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was a walk-in for BPD and charged with two counts of armed robbery, three counts of kidnapping, three counts of conspiracy and has a hold. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

John Willie Reed Jr., 939 Lake Ridge Blvd., Memphis, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Katie Mae Byford, 155 Sixth St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Willie B. Bagwell, 1131 A Smart Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and no headlights. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
