The Institute of Community Services (ICS, Inc.) is recruiting children (ages 3-4) born between September 2, 2010 through September 1, 2012, for the 2015/2016 Head Start School Year.

Younger children with disabilities born after September 1, 2012 and those enrolled in Early Head Start may submit an application when 3 years old.  Early Head Start is also recruiting for infants and toddlers and pregnant women.  Enrollment slots are limited.

Formal Recruitment is under way with selections starting in April/May.

For children who are on the wait list, applications and income information must be updated.
Bus transportation is limited.
