November 24
Richard Toma Griffin, 259 Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with uttering forgery.  The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
James Otis Cooper, 107 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.
Sartonia Renea Porter, 317 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Melissa Joy Dickson, 400 St. Anne Street, Carencro, La., was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
November 25
Rene Monique Wilson, 2057 Sanders Rd., Sardis, is here for court on an indictment for conspiracy and sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Derek Wesley Ellis, 4418 Quince St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with threatening phone calls. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Roy Gene McGhee, 130 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municpal Court.
Patrick Ray Hunt, 445 Perkins Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce, child endangerment and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Leonel Dela Cruz, 355 County Rd. 101, Oxford, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, speeding, expired inspection sticker and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Shane Nail, 643 Westbrook Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Tyrone Nion Whitten, 117 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with saggy pants and public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Larry Warren Jackson, 435 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Como Municpal Court.
Oscar Dontae Woodard, 109 C Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jamarrious Monthrell Walls, 26 Willow Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, careless driving and child support. The case will be heard in Chancery Court and Sardis Municipal Court.
