State Representative Lataisha Jackson (from left), Sardis mayor Billy Russell, Calvin Land and Briggs Smith were a few gathered to show interest in marketing to retail with The Shopping Center Group Consulting Services’ Shawn Massey during Thursday’s “community checkup” sponsored by Panola Partnership. Three morning sessions covered areas including healthcare, retail marketing and economic development with the afternoon sessions revolving around fun time including golf, skeet shooting and an after-hours networking social.
