October 1
Jamaal Ahmad Ellison, 83-A Fudgetown Rd., Sardis,  was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and parole violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Waylon Bernard Bownes, 203 Everett St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Christopher Michael Dodd, 1352 Plum Point Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with burglary, stalking and simple assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kenneth Paul Petty, 433 Keith Lane, Derrider, La., was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Randall Scott Holloway, 534 Sleepy Creek Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with strong armed robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Patricia Ann Moore, 3492 Holston Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, no proof of insurance and driver’s license restricted. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Terry Leshawn Wright, 5109 Lucious Taylor Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
