July 1
Billy Woods Jr., 3265 Cold Springs Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-third and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Brandon Wayne Griffin, 46 Hickory Lane, Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jasmine Smoot, 325 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Keyandrick Demone Jones, 210 Melrose St., Sardis, has a hold for MDOC for sale of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael Roy Ligammari, 7417 Tiffany Dr. Unit 3B, Orland Park, Ill., was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jerome Davis, 799 Belmont Rd., Sardis, had his bond revoked. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Roger Lynn Crosswhite, 3655 Baker Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jamashia Shamtell Jackson, 121 Johnnie Lyons Rd., Como, was sentenced 20 years with 10 to serve. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Christopher Mark Davis, 340 Normandy St., Horn Lake, was arrested and charged with violation of a protection order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Frentress Quentin Presley, 507 Church St., Sledge, was arrested and charged with improper equipment, seat belt violation and public drunk. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Patrick Albert Johnson, 1794 John Branch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Kenny Price Groner Jr., 1361 Crouch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dekedris D’Quante McMillan, 379 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, disregard for traffic device, no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Tiffany Alexus Russell, 10064 Dummy Line Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no child restraint, failure to yield to right of way and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Johnathan Davis Dettor, 32085 Black Jack Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with sexual intercourse with a child over 14 but under 16. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Matthew C. McMurry, 933 Wells Ext., Courtland, was arrested and charged with violation of release supervision. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Mareus Lacedric Gross, 31747 Blackjack Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John Mann Holland,  324 Hentz Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-aggravated assault and domestic violence-simple assault on a juvenile.
