October 1

Michael Richardson, 181 Sherwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with three counts of sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tony Wade Taylor, 199 Fox Run Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling, grand larceny, burglary of a building and domestic violence. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Korea McKay, 1071 James St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Terry Tyrone Market, 3964 Eureka Rd., Batesville was arrested and charged with violation of parole.

Reginald Edwards, 102 Dora St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with abusing members of police department and shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Gregory Benard Andrews, 103 Gracie Cove, Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joe Fredrick Mosley, 6051 Nash Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry Charles Shaw, 11152 Hwy. 51 South, Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI and statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Norris Ray Wright, 48 County Rd., 227 Hays St., Btesville, was sentenced to seven years in Circuit Court.

James B. Turner, 106 Jackson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Willie Earl Coley, P.O. Box 789, Como, was arrested and charged with parole violation.

Michael L. Thomas, 317 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with parole violation and child support lock up.

Preston G. Beard, 510 Montgomery St., Winona, was sentenced 20 years with 10 to serve for sexual battery. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Eric L. Hibbler, 3949 Hwy. 310, Crenshaw, was arrested on a child support lock up order.

Lester A. Bacon, 397 A Curtis Locke Station, Batesville, was arrested and charged on a family disturbance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Devon Blakely Scott, 1897 Tocowa Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Treandre J. Robinson, 226 Gordon Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
