‘Feuding story’ needs corrections

Your recent article about the neighbors at Enid Lake (Feuding neighbors get day in court; judge fines one for stalking, Oct. 11) had some mistakes in it that need to be corrected.

First of all, the kids on four-wheelers never touched Billy Clolinger’s land. They rode on gravel roads and the judge in question did not own any property here until April of this year. He became partners with Clolinger April 21 (quit claim deed).

This kids’ case stemmed from Sept. 2009-’10. Let’s get this straight. The kids were just having a good time. Mr. Clolinger knows the rest of the story. As for the case on Oct. 4, Judge Wilson told Mr. Clolinger $500, 10 days (suspended pending satisfactory completing 60 days of supervised probation.)

Everybody in the courtroom heard the judge: guilty of stalking.
