“It does not matter if you were homecoming queen in the year of 1974 or the homecoming queen of 2004, you are still welcome,” Preston said. “They will have a special section designated just for you and you will be recognized through out the game.”

Former queens interested, may call the high school (662) 487-1070 and ask for Ms. Pam or email her at ppreston@northpanolaschools.org for all the information needed.

“So let’s spread the Red and show your Cougar Pride by coming out and supporting our Cougars because once a NP Cougar always a NP Cougar,” she said.

The Coronation has been rescheduled for Thursday, September 29 at 6 p.m. and the parade and homecoming game are Friday, September 30. Miss Homecoming will be crowned at the game this year.
