District 2 Justice Court Judge Charlie Baglan issued warrants for those who failed to appear in court Tuesday, Oct. 22.

Tyesha Cox is charged with stalking and simple assault.

Thomas Ramage was found guilty in his absence for animal cruelty. The dog’s owner said he shot the dog. The vet bill was $183 and Ramage is ordered to pay restitution in addition to his fine of $1,653. The judge issued a summons through his bond company for him to appear in court.

Jason Morgan failed to appear on charges of DUI improper turn, seat belt violation, driving while license suspended, failure to yield right-of-way and driving the wrong way. A summons was issued through his bond company.

Kenfraia Parker was guilty in her absence for DUI, careless driving and speeding. Her bond company was notified.

A summons was issued for Jalen Jackson for failure to appear on a speeding charge.

Kenneth Reeves did not appear to answer to charges of no seatbelt, driving while license suspended and no insurance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Larry Daniel did not appear for a disturbance of a family charge and a warrant was issued.

Felony Cases

Tarrice Franklin was charged with felony DUI and no insurance and was bound over to the Grand Jury.

Other Cases

Amy Holman was guilty of no insurance and had her no seatbelt charge remanded to the files.

Calvin Reeves was found guilty of driving while license suspended, tint law violation and failures to keep in the lane.

Reginald Davis paid his fine for failure to move over.

Elizar Reyes pleaded guilty to DUI, no insurance, driving while license suspended and no seatbelt and was fined $2,023.

Dalton Melton pleaded guilty disorderly conduct and no driver’s license.

Rodney Jackson was guilty of seatbelt violation and driving while license suspended but the DUI charge was dismissed.

James Washam was guilty of reckless driving and DUI.

Luis Viscencio was guilty of possession of paraphernalia, no insurance and no driver’s license. His DUI charge was dismissed.

Lee Humphrey was guilty of DUI and had driving while license suspended, two counts no insurance, seatbelt violation and tint law violation remanded to the files.

Calvin Wilbourn was guilty of no license and tint law violation. His DUI charge was dismissed.

Kiara Turner was guilty of speeding.

Marcus Allen was guilty of public drunkenness.

Johnathon Gray pleaded guilty to no seatbelt and his insurance charge was remanded.

Continued Cases

Edward Conner’s charge of drifting in the left lane was continued to Jan. 28, 2020. His violation of the tint law was dismissed because he had a ticket of certification.

Leroy Wilson had his DUI charge continued to Nov. 26.

Zachary Brazelton’s DUI charge is continued to Jan. 28.

Seth Wooten will have his DUI case continued Jan. 28.

Annie Braxton had her speeding charge continued to Dec. 3.

Brandy Fultz had her charges of failure to move over and possession of paraphernalia continued to Feb. 25.

Tyrese Frost’s improper equipment, no license and no insurance case was continued to Nov. 26.

Failure to Appear

Sean Caine is charged with no seatbelt, no tag and no insurance and was found guilty in his absence.

Jack Wilkinson is charged with driving while license suspended, no seatbelt and no insurance.

Exzavior Maynor failed to appear on seatbelt violation and no insurance charges.

Ashley Dillon was found guilty in her absence for no driver’s license.

Bedford Walton failed to appear on charges of failure to yield right-of-way, tint violation and no insurance.

Starksy Shaw failed to appear on charges of speeding and no insurance.

Cory Woods was found guilty in his absence for simple assault.

Trials

Aleisa Petty was ordered to pay $200 in restitution for malicious mischief in the breaking of a window.

Cody Tutor was incarcerated for burglary. He is in on a $10,000 bond which Judge Baglan upheld. Kirk Willingham was his court appointed attorney.

Larry Petro was guilty on one count of headlighting deer. He had charges of hunting from the road and hunting violation-shooting from the road remanded to the files.
