Karen Smith, 18639 Hwy. 315, Sardis, made a repeat appearance before Judge Rhea Tannehill in Sardis Municipal Court, Thursday, Oct. 17. She was found guilty of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. She was given time served to satisfy her fine.

Kevin Dewayne Cook, 408 Dewberry, Sardis,  was found not guilty for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, simple assault and child abuse.

Shurman Rundell Hunt, 418 1/2 West Main St., Marks, failed to appear on a no driver’s license charge and was found guilty in his absence.

Jatarvious R. Logan, 679 Bill Wallace Rd., Sardis, was found guilty in his absence for driving while license suspended – implied consent. Alright Bonding Company was notified.
