Crowder Municipal Court convened Tuesday morning with a light docket.

Judge Michael Roy found Antonio Taper not guilty of simple possession of a controlled substance and aggravated assault. No police officer was in court to give testimony to the charges.

Tamara Carter was found not guilty of child restraint violation.

Those failing to appear were found guilty in absentia.

Monica Pettit was charged with seatbelt violation and no drivers license.

Brenda Hurt was charged with petit larceny.

Earl Waters had charges of disturbance of a family and malicious mischief.

Derrick Nelson and Mike Mixon had their cases continued until July 9.

Nelson has charges of seatbelt violation, no driver’s license, domestic violence and simple assault.  Mixon has a charge of expired/no tag.
