Team Up With Tigers

Tiger fans and supporters are invited to “Team up with the Tigers” Thursday, August 28 beginning at 5:30 p.m. The home gates open at 5:15.
Guests will be able to walk around the track and on the new field. There will be a tiger store with tags, spirit ribbons, t-shirts, hats and buttons.
There will be a giant slide and a moonwalk for the children.
A tent will be set up for book signing of Ya’ll vs Us with the authors. There will be a turf tent where one square foot of the turf used on the new field can be purchased.
For the hungry, barbeque sandwiches from Whitt’s and subs from Lenny’s will be available for supper in the stands. Hot dogs are free to children under 5.
During the program, the fans will be seated in the visitors stands so as to not face the sun. Presenting during the program are the ROTC color guard, the choir, the cheerleaders, the percussion section of the band, the football players and coaches and members of the South Panola Athletic Foundation.
“It will be a fun night and a great kick off for our football season,” said Kaye Smythe, activities director.
Also, tickets for the Red Carpet Bowl will be on sale at for $10. Tickets are $12 at the gate.
