SP hosts Jaguars Thursday

The South Panola football team will end the 2007 regular season like it started on a  Thursday.

The Tigers (8-0 overall, 6-0 district) will host DeSoto Central Thursday with kickoff at 6:30 p.m.

The DeSoto Central Jaguars (3-7 overall, 2-4 district) took out Southaven 23-19 Friday and Columbus 20-16 October 19.

The Jaguars are completing their first season in 1-5A. Their only other win was against Bishop Byrne out of Memphis in a 16-0 shutout.

The ticket booth opens at 5:30 p.m.
