Alumni benefit baseball game set for Oct. 27

South Panola High School baseball is announcing the second annual benefit alumni game, Saturday, October 27. Events will kick off at 11 a.m. The day includes live gospel music, beginning at 11, home run derby, radar gun “pitching” contest, silent auction and alumni baseball games.

Tickets are $6 and include admission and a barbecue plate. To purchase a ticket see any baseball player, Randy Boren at Shelter Insurance, 563-2772 or head coach Patrick Robey at 934-2104.

Proceeds will benefit the South Panola baseball program and long time South Panola supporter Bob Norris. All former South Panola baseball players are encouraged to play.
