To the editor:

I have been a resident of Panola County since August 1990. Luckily I have never needed the services of our local hospital until recently. On the night of August 18, I had a very scary episode, wherein I had to call for an ambulance.

Tri-Lakes responded promptly and the EMTs were courteous and knowledgeable. Assuring me my illness was not critical, they whisked me to Tri-Lakes.

When I arrived at Tri-Lakes Medical Center I was treated by Dr. Glasgow and his staff. The treatment I received was exceptional. The entire staff was prompt and efficient. I feel that I received excellent care and would like to thank everyone on staff for making my unexpected illness as pleasant as it could be.
