| December 22 Joe K. Draper, 2875 Parks Place, Sardis, was arrested and charged with expired tag, no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Charles E. Handy, 210 Jones Street Apt. 49, Marie Miles Meadows, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, robbery and burglary. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Frank A. Griffin, 536 Callie Norwood Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, expired tag, failure to stop, resisting arrest, no seat belt and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Trention H. Burcke, 10 CR 512 Harmontown, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, careless driving, no proof of insurance and no tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Marquez K. Billingsley, 1007 Strong Ave., Greenwood, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Robert E. Lee Raines, 16 Robin Rd., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with felony DUI (2nd) indictment, disorderly conduct, driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Stephen G. Utz, 108 North Wells, Kosciusko, was arrested and charged with forged prescription. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. December 23 December 24 Jaqualin J. Dean, 110 Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public profanity. The case will be heard in Justice Court. December 25 Chad M. Peterman, 8088 Pope Crowder Rd., Pope, is being held for investigation. December 26 Kellye E. Farris, 125 Panola Ave., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Dale E. Nolan Jr., 1691 Wilson Rd., Sardis, is being held for investigation. Tina M. Nolan, Lot No. 2 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. December 27 Gearmee C. Davis, 109 Lester St., Apt. B-1, Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Kathy E. Dupree, 320 Woods Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Dustin A. Dupree, 320 Woods Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with burglary of occupied dwelling and felony escape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Natasha McGhee, 444 A. Chapman Rd., Batesville, is being held for mental evaluation. Charles Corley, 138 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and trespassing. The case will be heard in Justice Court. James E. Miller, 3876 Hyacinth Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, speeding and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Cynthia D. Strickland, 924 Third St., Lambert, was arrested and charged with two counts of bad checks. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Yolanda Vaughn, 150 MLK Dr. Apt. C, Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretenses. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Marcus D. Gussion, 291 Marywood Rd., Como, is being held for investigation. Jerry Johnson, 213 Ridge Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with failure to stop, no driver’s license and domestic violence.
