Albert “Gary” Lee, born on Nov. 15, 1947, in McKenzie, TN, bid farewell to this world on July 27, 2024, in Pope.

In his life journey, Gary dedicated himself to his profession of an over the road truck driver and car hauler.

Beyond his career, Gary found joy in a variety of hobbies and interests. An avid gun collector, he had a keen eye for craftsmanship and history. He also relished the great outdoors through hunting and fishing excursions. However, his most cherished moments were spent playing with his loyal dog, Boudreaux.

Gary leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will forever be treasured by his surviving family members, including his beloved wife, Dianne Lee, one daughter, Della Ray, and three sons: Larry, Gary, and Tony. Gary is also survived by his daughters-in-law Tina and Mary; twelve grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

Gary was preceded in death by his son, James Michael Lee and his parents, Albert Doyle Lee and Dorothy Hilliard Lee.

Albert “Gary” Lee’s presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace knowing that he touched the lives of many.
