Daffodils were in full bloom over the weekend at Arty R. Tapp Overlook, one of the most scenic areas of John Kyle State Park and the Sardis Lake Dam. Arty Tapp has one of the highest elevations on the Army Corps of Engineers’ developed property and offers spectacular views of sunsets over the lake.
