Despite missing three games with a separated shoulder, Dean rushed for 1,606 yards and 15 touchdowns in leading the Tigers to a 12-2 record this past season.

A Mississippi State signee, Dean amassed 3,636 yards rushing and 33 touchdowns in only two years of varsity football.
