The City of Batesville Municipal Court was held Wednesday, Nov. 27, with Judge Jay Westfaul presiding.

Tydrekous D. Flowers, 213 Pearson St., Batesville, had a charges of failure to dim headlights and no driver’s license continued until a later date.

Willie N. Pigeon, 4016 Kimball, Memphis, was found guilty under sworn testimony to simple possession of marijuana and was fined $443.

Dennis Brown, 236 Heffner Rd., Sardis, had a charge of simple possession of marijuana continued until a later date.

Deandre T.  Eltayeb, 6822 Kirby Arms Dr., Memphis, pleaded guilty to simple possession of marijuana in a vehicle and was fined $683.

Brian C. Merrell, 207 Vance St., Batesville, was found guilty under sworn testimony of shoplifting and non-payment of old fines totaling $3,138.

Kristin D. Willard, 110 Edward Rd.,Sardis, failed to appear on charges of contempt of court and improper equipment.

Shelby F. Ware, 1898 Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, was found guilty of contempt of court for non-payment of old fines totaling $1,146.

Kedrick D. Patton, 216 Alred Rd., Courtland, was found guilty of contempt of court for non-payment of old fines totaling $688.

Lorenzo D. Ward,110 Patterson St., Batesville, had charges of third offense domestic violence (felony) and false information sent to a  Panola Co. Grand Jury.

Jadrein S. Thomas, 150 MLK Dr. , Apt.8, Batesville, had charges of third offense DUI (felony), no proof of insurance, failure to yield to a emergency vehicle and no driver’s license sent to a  Panola Co. Grand Jury.

Bobby Ann Ford, 1363A Hentz Rd.,Pope, had charges of aggravated domestic violence (felony) and discharging a firearm within city limits continued until next week.

Alliayh Scott, no address given, was ordered to pay $1,124 on a contempt of court charge.

Harvey Smith, no address given, made a initial appearance on charges of burglary and grand larceny and his bond was lowered to $10,000

Labraysha Hamilton, no address given. was credited for three days time served on a simple assault charge because she has since been charged with murder in another matter.

In cases set for trail,

Ronald P.  Tutor and Barbara D. Tutor, 480 Hunter’s Pkwy, Batesville, had charges of simple assault dismissed without prejudice.

Gregory W. Murphy and Kathryn L. Murphy, 103 River Oaks Place, Batesville, had two counts of simple assault each dismissed without prejudice.
