The Town of Crenshaw held its monthly Municipal Court under Judge Mildred Lesure Thursday, Oct. 10.

Clarion Bell, 2341 Highway 310, Crenshaw was found guilty of careless driving, two counts of expired/no license,  no insurance, improper equipment and possession of marijuana and was fined $1,603.

Steven Broger, 250 Welch Rd., Darling, paid his fine of $163 prior to court for open container.

Simple assault charges were dropped against Rodante Brooks.

Clifton Davis, 633 Crofford Ave., Crenshaw, was guilty of no insurance and fined $604.

Cequita Jones, 1095 Hwy 3 N, Springhill Rd., Crenshaw was guilty of three counts of child restraint violations and fined $417.

Stephon R. Jones, Lot 7 renaissance Dr., Crenshaw, paid his fine of $38 for seatbelt violation prior to court.

Robert G. King, 5058 Sees Chapel Rd., Crenshaw, was guilty of expired/ no tag and fined $149.

Perry Kirkwood, 707 Park St., Crenshaw paid his fine of $193 for disregard for traffic device before court. He was guilty of no insurance and fined $604 which was reduced.

Danny W. Leverett, 536 A Old Hwy Rd., Crenshaw, was guilty of no insurance and expired/no driver’s license and fined $753.

Lacy D. Neyland, 871 Cater Dr., Lambert, was guilty of careless driving, disorderly conduct, public profanity and open container and fined $800.25. Her charge of DUI was dismissed.

Eric Polk, 237 E. Moon St., Crenshaw, was guilty of utility theft and fined $313.

Kendale Smith, 504 Joe Brown, ?Sledge, was guilty of discharging of firearm in city limits and fined $160.25.

Luther Underwood, 1725 Tibbs Rd., Sledge, paid his fine $604 prior to court for no proof of insurance.

LaJarrion Walton, 227 Terry Ave., Crenshaw, was guilty of expired/no license, seatbelt violation, and child restraint violation and fined $326.

Lisa A. Winters, 218 Broadway /st, Batesville was guilty of disregard for a traffic device and her expired/no license charge was dismissed. She was fined $193.

Sean Caine, 3134 Hwy. 6 East, Marks, had his cases for improper/no tag, driving with suspended license and non proof of insurance continued to Nov. 14.

Denesha Davis, 618 Jones St., Crenshaw, will return to court Nov. 14 to answer charges of expired/no tag, no proof of insurance, and disregard for a traffic device.

Jasmine Lee, 495 Shephard Ave., Darling, had her child restraint violations and driving with suspended license charges continued to Nov. 14.

Cortez L. Miller, 5768 Iraon Circle, Southaven, will appear in court Nov. 14 for driving while license suspended, no insurance and careless driving charges.

John L. Mosley, 9460 Charlie Pride Hwy., Sledge, had his charges continued Nov. 14 for seatbelt violation,  expired/no licensee, no insurance, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana in moving vehicle, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Marcel Nash, 800 Morris cross Apt 614, Senatobia, will have his improper equipment case heard Nov. 14.

Marcus Stokes, 106 South Ave., Crenshaw, was guilty of simple assault and fined $319.75.

Jarvis Duncan, 409 Frederick St., Sardis, did not appear for possession of a controlled substance charge.

Kelvin Emergy, 988 Arkabutla Dam Rd., Arkabutla, did not appear on an improper/no tag violation.

Kenneth Harris, 2228 Fields Rd., Tunica, did. Not appear on an improper equipment charge.

Demitre A. Hearns, 419 Corbin St., Clarksdale, did not appear on a contributing to the delinquency of a minor charge.

Bernesha Henderson, 16 Renaisance Dr., did not appear on charges of disregard for a traffic device, no insurance, expired/no license and child restraint violation.

Terry Herron, 5691 Smith Rd., Coldwater, did not appear on charges of improper/no tag and no proof of insurance.

Cedrick Hill, 2515 Franks Rd., Crenshaw, did not appear on charges of simple assault, disorderly concept and public profanity.

Randall Ivy, 1886 Sees Chapel Rd., Sarah, did not appear on a no insurance charge.

Carruthers Jones, 7170 Dubbs Rd., Dundee, did not appear on a no insurance and disregard for a traffic device charges.

Kerry J. Merrell, 204 Substation Rd., Crenshaw, did not appear for a disregard for traffic device charge.

Jeffery L. Norwood, 614 S. Pocahontas St., Sardis, did not appear for an improper parking and no license charges.

Darryl Polk, 3145 Longtown Rd., Sarah, did not appear on an expired/no license charge.

Jordan A. Smith, 808 Jones St., Crenshaw, did not appear to answer to charges of disregard for traffic device and expired/no license.

Teresa Tribble, 1744 Academy Dr., Tunica, did not appear for a disregard for traffic device charge.

Deshawn K. Turner, 106 Levee St., Crenshaw did not appear on an expired/no license charge.
