Landon A. Ouzts, 52 Neblett Rd., Cleveland, pleaded guilty to open container and was fined $327.

Mya D. Furr, 1290 West Reed Rd.,Starkville, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and fined $443

Hunter B. Sprouse, 395 Parker Rd.,Pope, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in a vehicle and improper equipment and was fined $838.

Billy E.Carter,114 Howard St.,Marks, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $1,146.

Thailand T. Survillion, 824 McDavid Ave.,Lambert, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $1,146

Jasmine L. Gatlin, 2780 Seven Rd., Batesville, pleaded guilty to DUI (second offense) and suspended driver’s license and fined $1,658

Chelsi Runnels, 573 Avery Rd., Courtland, failed to appear on a contempt of court charge. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Miles C. Cole, 905 Irwin St., Lambert, failed to appear on a contempt of court charge. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Alissa Cotton pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $746.

Anthony Rudd pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $746.

Kristopher A. Griste, 1432 Central Academy Rd., Batesville, pleaded guilty to two counts of petit larceny and was fined $696.

In cases set for trial,

Jimmy Bishop, 557 Sanders Rd., Sardis, had a case of DUI (refusal) and careless driving continued.

Xavier G. Hines, 445 Sanders Rd.,Sardis, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in a vehicle and was fined $683.

Deronte D. Thomas,1695 Springport Rd., Sardis, was found guilty of leaving the scene of an accident and improper equipment and was fined $463.
