Gwendolyn Joiner, 205 Vance St., Batesviiile, was found guilty of possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. While no fine was imposed, Joiner was given one-year probation by Judge Jay Westfaul.

Winter Swope, 216-A, Broadway St, Batesville, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and sentenced to 30 days in jail plus a fine of $328 due in 60 days.

Angela Flowers, 113-D Cole Dr., Batesville, had a case abusive calls to emergency 911 continued to a later date.

Tony Reed, 390151 Blackjack Rd., Batesville, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was given six month jail sentence suspended.

Coressa Mosley, 1031 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, pleaded guilty to old fines totaling $1,147 due in 30 days.

Frank Griffin, 412 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, failed to appear on charges of contempt of court-failing to appear and old fines totaling $1,174. Fox Bonding Co. was notified.

David L.Smith, homeless, had a charge of grand larceny sent to a grand jury.

Montez Green, no address given, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence and given a Dec.12 trial date.

In cases set for trial:

Anthony Flowers, 204 Claude St., Batesville, was found guilty of public drunkenness and fined $225 due in 30 days.

Chenell Berry, 206 King St., Batesville, was found guilty of theft of utilities and fined $626 due inn 30 days.

John Hopper, 204 Pollard St., Batesville, had a case of domestic violence- simple assault dismissed due to lack of prosecution.

Robert B. Denley, 302 Hickory Lane, Batesville, had a case a felony possession of a stolen firearm and possession of marijuana in a vehicle continued until a later date.

Due to the Thanksgiving holidays, Municipal Court will not be in session Wednesday but will resume on Nov. 28
