The following is a list of those incarcerated at the David M. Bryan Justice Center as provided by the Panola County Jail upon request.
A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

November 21
Benjamin Hall,  111 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with sale of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Zackary Robert Pitcock, 385 Hightower St., Sardis, was on a writ to hold.

November 22
Alfred Dewayne Howard, 807 Short St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Amanda Lynn St. John, 1290 Fowler Rd., Courtland, was arested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
James Willliams Smith, 308 Motley St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-felony and drug court violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Jessie Lynn Anthony, 1812 Farris Gravel Rd., Batesville, is held on a revoked bond. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Ronald Gene Lyons Jr., 16300 E Colfax Ave. No. 48, Aurora, Colo., was arrested and charged with four counts of conspiracy and four counts of uttering forgery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Michael Leon Williams, 28341 Hwy. 35 South, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Metcal R. Abdallah, 209 Elm St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony possession of concealed weapon. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

November 24
Richard Dale Long, 7957 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with stalking and trespassing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Justin Terrell Parker, 502 Blanche St., Jonestown, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

November 25
Melissa Spurgeon, 911 Crouch Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Jatavius D. Keys, 250 MLK Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm in city limits. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Ivan Lewis Payton, 582 Holmes Dr., Grenada, was arrested and charged with false information and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Jessica Marie Everett, 582 Holmes Dr., Grenada, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance and has a hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Patrick Jamal House Jr., 105 Gracie Cove, Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

November 26
Trendell Aaron Bland Jr., 438 Teasdale Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with drug court violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Joe G. Raines, 6051 B Pope Water Valley Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, switched tag and bond surrender. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Jessica R. Ellis, 508 A Longstreet Lane, Senatobia, was arrested on a bond surrender.
Judith Lynn Sullivant, 673 Wilson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with careless driving, no proof of insurance, contempt of court and false pretenses. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Denard Manuel Presley, 214 Klyce St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Kevin Dewayne Locke, 2151 Jameson Rd., Marks, was arrested and charged iwth possession of paraphernalia and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Robbie Darnell Robertson, 1288 CR 931, Tupelo, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, DUI-second and careless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Sameika Roshelle Robinson, 411 Willa St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply and has a hold. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
