The following is a list of those incarcerated at the David M. Bryan Justice Center as provided by the Panola County Jail upon request.
A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.
August 29
Alexander Weldon Ray, 8789 Hwy. 51 South, Courtland, was arrested and chargd with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Rondricous Devonte Miles, 124 Main St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and burglary of a dwelling.
Linda Kaye Gross, 450 Union Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Sammy Edward Bobo, 3610 Curtis Locke Station, Batesville, is on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.
August 30
Daniel Joseph Loper, 1944 CR 53, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit.
Brian Joe Cobb, 501 Mitchell Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Elizabeth N. LeMaire, 210 Van Voris St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Jeremy O’Neal Turner, 200 Ridge Rd., Courtland, has a hold.
Kayla McKay Shaw, 916 Patton Taylor Dr. Apt. D, Southaven, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Allen Bernard Anderson, 205 Gordon Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Darrius Dewayne Lester, 202 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Richard Bryant Talley, Springport Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with manufacture of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Deborah Kay Self, 7320 Hwy. 161 Apt. B East, Walls, was arrested and charged with forged and fraudulent prescriptions (two counts). the case will be heard in Circuit Court.
