A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

July 3

 Jeremy McKenzie Johnson, 828 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged for home invasion, trespassing, violation of restraining order and has a hold.

Bremarkwon Fashawn Bobo, 203 Atkins Apt. F6, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-other. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tyree Dashan Toney, 6009 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-other. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jasmarious Jerome Robinson, 302 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with false information and possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Diamond D. Williams, 517 A Harmon Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 4

Regina Lynn Hood, 2385 Avery Ave., Memphis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry Johnson, 135 Al Johnson Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ernest Lee Ales, 1784 Goodhope Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with family disturbance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Randal Steven Patrick, 6219 University Cottondale, Ala., was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, speeding, reckless driving in passing and felony fleeing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Vallene Nache Harris, 1283 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 5

Reginald Lavonta Houston,  358 Teasdale Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with careless driving, driving while license suspended, simple possession of marijuana, no proof of insurance and littering. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Wayne Jaco II, 829 DeBowen Wilson Rd., Batesville, was sentenced to 2 1/2 years M.D.O.C. The case was heard in Circuit Court. 

Randy Wayne Leverette, 536-A Old Hwy. Rd., Crenshaw, has a hold and was arrested and charged with burglary and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Marquitea Jones, 102 B. Bradford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kenzy Terell Carlton, 701 South Pocahontas Apt. No. 26, Sardis, was sentenced three years to serve for MDOC and arrested and charged with two counts of sell of marijuana and one count of sale of cocaine. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Miheal Anthony Sparks, 806 8th St. South, Columbus, is a federal inmate. 

Chekedria Shantee Hannah, 503 King Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Parrish LaRay Donahue, 206 Woodland Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI and open container. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Courtney L. Pride, 209 Claude St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Antonio Marsini Cox, 81 Walnut Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk and indecent exposure. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Chenelle Denise Berry, 109 D. Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 6

Ronnie Lee Porter, 109 D Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Muncicipal Court.

Darius Dewayne Lester, 208 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with running a stop sign, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and has a hold for MDOC. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Demarcus Sentrell Wilson, 109 Percyville St., Sardis, was sentenced to serve two days. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

John Randel Tutor, 575 Hawkins Rd., Courtland, was sentenced to serve two days. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Jennifer Nicole Waldrop, 159700 Hwy. 515, Tillatoba, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Nina Denise Ragon, 2117 Hughes Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Justin Jerome Roberts, 3754 Tocowa Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with grand larceny and aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Andrea M. Dillon, 1719 Magnolia Manor, Hernando, was sentenced to three years MDOC. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Jessica Lynn Massey, 425 Long Rd., Marks, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Riccardo Javiar Hankins, 129 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged on probation violation  (two day sanction). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Lee Russell Day, 536 Hwy. 310, Como, was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Dewayne Ballentine, 201 Clamont St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jeffery Lee Rhodes, 113 North Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Joseph Aubrey Wilkerson, 1067 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon Marques Cauthen, 2025 North 46th St., East St. Louis, Ill., was arrested and charged with speeding, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 7

Alexander Weldon Ray, 8284 Hwy. 51 South, Courltand, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Norman Wayne Hughes, 1883 John Branch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation-30 days revoked. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Robert Rudd, 1817 Springport Apt., Sardis, has five years to serve MDOC. the case was heard in Circuit Court.

Jadrein Shermaine Thomas, 212 Klyce St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, simple assault and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice court.

Temetric Darnell Williams, 47 Abrams Rd., Como, has a hold.

Jake Edward Norwood Jr., 200 Hwy. 51 South Apt. 102, Batesville, was served on a writ to hold. 

July 8

Portia Nicole Henderson, 126 Patterson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, careless driving and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jalisha Lasha Little, 214 Ford St., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Stanley Raymond Oliver Jr., 149 Victory Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Raymond Jerald Roberson II, 245 Adams Rd., Lambert, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
