February 1
Anthony Keely Whitehead, 2779 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Stephanie Marie Byford, 2178 Crouch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Steven Deshaun Blevins, 812 North Apartment No. 3, Columbus, is a federal detainee.
Lakeisha Monique Thomas, 321 Center St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Larry Cotton Lewis, 412 Crump St., Sardis, was arrested on a warrant for DUI and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Mark Anthony Davison, 249 Mt. Level Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Timothy Wardell Bledsoe, 103 Sunrise Cove, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Terry Lee Lane, 308 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.
Justin Wade Ware, 1310 Quitman Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
James Blaze Wells, 510 Pinkston McCullar Rd., Lambert, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Shannon Lee Ratfield, 241 Camille St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Amanda Putman Young, 22752 Hwy. 35 North, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia, no proof of insurance and expired tag. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
James Bryan True, 214 Broad St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

February 3
Markevious Contrell Frost, 311 Bethlehem, Batesville, has two years to serve MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Larry Wayne McGee, 40 Birdsong Cove, Grenada, was sentenced to 25 years with 10 suspended and 15 to serve. The case was heard in Circuit Court.
Herman Joe Taylor, 204 Line St., Senatobia, had his bail revoked until accepted into drug court.
Patricia Ann Burdette, 107 Martin Luther King Drive, Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.
Lisa Marie Nolan, 228 B Henry Heafner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
James Edward Smith, 22 Blue Jay Way, Pope, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
