July 20
Tressie May Salter, 1758 Hwy. 51 South, Sardis, served two days for drug court. The case was heard in Circuit Court.
Michael Jamal Triplett, 205 Reed Ridge Circle, Starkville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Therix Aundrea Johnson, 102 Wood St. Ext., Batesville, has a hold.
Johnathan Jamal Turner, 1573 Shell Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with armed robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Tracy Willard Tigner, 704 Chapel Hill Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with violation of proactive order. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Arthor Demarion Pollard,  7837 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with speeding, no tag and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Michelle Stephanie Walters, 146 Hemlock Rd., Batesville, was arrested on a writ to hold.
Kerrian D. Cotton, 14519 Hwy. 315 South, Sardis, was arrested and charged with statutory rape.
Brian Lee Riley, 669 Parkway St., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with sexual battery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Hershell Elza Ross Jr., 2035 Bilbo Rena Laura Rd., Coahoma, has a hold.
Michael Darnell Cox, 1190 Mudline Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple, felony possession of controlled substance (two counts). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Everette Riley Mixon, 210 Georgia St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jason Elliott Muzingo, 27 Dykes Dr., Eufaula, Ala., has a hold for Perry County.
Justin L. Fletcher, 712 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, has a hold for M.D.O.C.
Gregory Powell, 3596 Hwy. 51 South Apt. 119, Senatobia, was arrested and charged with failure to dim headlights, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
