Patty Jean Lewellen, 226 Eureka St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Edward Wayne Donahou Jr., 11 Dogwood Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Earnest Merrill Griddle, 106 Terry Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with simple assault by threat. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Timothy James Dowdle, 678 South Archie Jackson Rd., Grenada, was arrested on a parole violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Willie Gene Jones Jr., 1765 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Crystal Gail Long, 619 Bowen Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of meth and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Charlie Heath Jr., 315 Lee St. Apt. 205, Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple possession of controlled substance and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brian Keith Richmond, 13010 Cloud Dr., Santa Fe, Texas, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and false information to a police officer. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeremy D. Chapman, 297 Ford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI and no turn signal. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ronnie David Dillard, 9 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
