July 28

Joshua Kordell Ford, 500 C Armstrong St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary, breaking and entering into a dwelling of a house and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kevin Martez Jones, 19 Al Johnson Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with arson. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Courtney M. Goins, 150 MLK Apt. A4, Batesville, was arrested and charged with statutory rape. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 29

Eddie Burnette Webb, 635 Houndraus, Memphis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no tag, no proof of insurance and no CDL. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Corderio Simme Lark, 221 E. South St., Crenshaw, is being held by MDOC.

Bridget Ashley Doty, 8167 Pope Crowder Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with stalking. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dennis Dewayne Wilbourn, 204 County Roud 141, Tupelo, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to appear. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tracy Ann King, 206 Tubbs Rd. Apt. #7, Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Stanisha Von-sha Ramsey, 303 Railroad St., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Latasha Andera Pettis, 303 Railroad St. Lot #29, Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Lasadra Katress Pettis, 105 Clairmont St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct/breech of peace. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Willie Small Jr., 625 East Lee St., Lake Inn, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, no tag and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Bernard Lee Jr., 213 W. South Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to appear. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

July 30

Richard Caine Jr., 208 Draper St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with speeding, switched tag, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry Warren Smith, 198 Perkins Lane, Batesville, was a rested and charged with DUI and careless driving. the case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 31

Eric Sean Heafner, 87 Morrow Road, Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. 

Allison Heafner Hodges, 187 Morrow Road, Batesville was arrested and charged with felony malicious mischief. the case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Janet M. McCullar, 798 Chapeltown Road, Courtland, is a state inmate.

Thomas Lee Pinkston Jr., 798 Chapeltown Road Cortland, is being held for mental and sell of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Dmbreyian A. Webb, 416 Cox Circle, Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and leaving the scene of an accident. the case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Tonya Denise Craig, CR 395 Water Valley, was arrested on a warrant and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Jackie Lane Weaver, 885 Crowder Manor, Crowder has a hold.

Fredrick D. Walls, 509 Magnolia Street, Sardis, was arrested and charged with trespassing and disturbance of peace. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Tyrone Davis, 1442 Shelby Dr, Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with shoplifting-third. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

August 1 

James Robert Riley, 59 Wright Rd., Grenada, is being held for mental evaluation. 

John Paul Keel Jr., 562 Wells Street, Courtland, was arrested and charged with statutory rape, domestic violence and simple assault the case will be heard and Justice and Circuit courts.

Christopher Anthony Golden, 585 Perkins Avenue, Crowder, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court. 

Tabitha D. Pittman, 206 Jones Street, Batesville, is serving weekends. 

Eddie Hugh Harris, 16 to be Main Street Courtland is serving weekends.

Taurus Duane Lee, 885 Quitman Ave., Crowder, was a written and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeanie Wielgoss, 18215 Balentine, Sardis, was arrested and charged with no drivers license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Timothy Wayne Tillman, 777 DOC Harry Cove, Terry, was a resident charged with DUI refusal and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy Taplin Dombrowski, 544 Dees Rd., Enid, was a rested and charged with driving while license suspended, no seatbelt, and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Stanley Lavell McKinney, 14199 Ballantyne Road, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI other the case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 2

William Marquis Johnson, 201 Atkins St. Apt. F3, Sardis, was a arrested and charged on a warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay the case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Roderick Jerome Malone, 616 Daughtery Street, Coldwater, with arrested and charged with DUI and driving while license suspended. the case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Antonio Demon Childs, 3045 St. Clais Place, Memphis, has a hold.

Mark Steven Reese, 702 Market St., Watervalley, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Erick Dewayne Walls, 509 Magnolia St., Sardis, has a hold.

Tomeka Shae Lamar, 307 Magnolia St., Sardis, has a hold. 

Marquis Lamont Orange, 706 Cox St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Benson Correll Deberry, 2223 Arkabutler Dawn Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gerald Darice Williams, 1565 Fitzgerald Blvd., Robinsonville, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, driving while license suspended, no seat belt, no proof of insurance and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joseph Ronald Sarich, 110 Clayton St., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI, no seat belt, possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.
