Richard D. Williams, 351 Forest Dr. North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with switched tag, no proof of insurance and no insurance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

 Alvin Derell Wiley, 145-A Tremell Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Jennifer M. McCarver, 1415 Ales Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gary Morris, 321 Ridge Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jessie Lyle Rogers, 124 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession in a motor vehicle and expired driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon Bernard Brown, 205 Don Butler Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with expired tag and suspended driver’s licsense. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Stacey Nicole Fox, 25527 Hwy. 35 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with false pretenses. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Bryan Andrew Myrick, 30 Waterford St., Waterford, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, two counts of sale of controlled substance, conspiracy and subsequent sex offender (three counts). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Dameko Quantas Smith, 340 AB Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with a child support lock up order.

Ken Steven Cole, 308 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with burglary of an automobile and burglary of a dwelling. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

February 20
John Wesley Perry, 23 Shady Lane, Pope, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Johnny Darrel Salter, 480 Edwards Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with expired tag, driving while license suspended and is serving 10 days. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Darius Sorrell Carter, 2509 Hyde Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal, disregard for traffic device and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
