The following information was taken from the log book at the David M. Bryan Justice Complex. A charge does not indicate an admission of guilt.

May 20
Bennie Nathaniel Irby III, 206 Tubbs Rd. Apt. 19, Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Verkengie Lee Towns, 3958 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jonathan Lawrence Meadows, 9543 Bridgeston Court, Mobile, Ala., was arrested on a warrant out of Texas. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James Henry Patterson, 3282 Henderson Rd., Batesville, is being held for MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Bryan Dreundra Rudd, 3946 C Eureka Rd., Courtland, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Breanna Shanice Rudd, 3946 B Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault (five counts) and shooting into an occupied dwelling. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Zackery Robert Pitcock, 1264 Whitten Rd. A., Courtland, was arrested and charged with trespassing with the disturbance of the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Latoya Lynette Cole, 1105 Trantham Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James Perry Fletcher, 113 Cole Drive, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Vallene Nache Harris, 1283 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Derez L. McGhee, 111 Cole Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana-simple. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
