March 18
Jamie Donnell Wright, 84-D Azzie Lee Sanford Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with violation of post release supervision. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Linsey Lavon Booth, 3000 Campbell Dr. Lot 15, Hattiesburg, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent and was sentenced to 12 years/10 suspended with two to serve. The case was held in Circuit Court.
Larry Vernell Hester, 1299 CR 127, New Albany, was arrested and charged on a DHS child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.
Houston Dewayne Burdette, 4917 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with uttering forgery and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
David Shane Knight, 1660 Bell Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Justin Terell Wiley, 2825 Moore Rd., Lambert, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (more than an ounce). The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Jarvis C. Poole, 15 Willow Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct – failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Jemarcus Teon Arnold, 111 Melrose St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault on a police officer. The case will be heard in Justice and Circuit Court.

Irvin Hines, 105 Teasdale Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct-failure to comply, resisting arrest, no seat belt and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Bennie Nathaniel Irby, 206 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Cedric James Curry, 6040 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with willful trespassing. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
