May 30

Walter Lakendrick Thomas, 2466 Kirby Rd., Robinsonville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jacob Ryan Riddick, 3571 Kruger Rd., Memphis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Gerardo Torres, 135 Pine Street, Vardaman, was arrested and charged with DUI-second. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Gildardo Gabriel Ignacio Godinez, 5790 Foxdale Rd., Memphis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court. 

Amador Aparicio Godinez, 4098 Terry Pork Apt. No. 1, Memphis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court. 

Artemio Perez Godinez, 4614 Oak Forrest Way, Memphis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Londen Ray Mathis, 1458 Weymouth St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Hitaliano Godinez, 5790 Foxdale Rd., Memphis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

May 31

Rodriquez Kentrell Thomas, 416 Dean St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Felix Link Owens, 201 Henry Heafner Rd., Sardis, has a hold. 

Kenneth John McMillan, 28 McNeely Rd., Courtland, has a hold.

Christopher Anthony Golden, 585 Perkins Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Antonio Tremain Johnson, 176 Otto Sanford Subdivision, Courtland, has 18 months to serve MDOC.

Mark Allen Smith, 40 Birdsong Cove, Grenada, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kaderrius L. Williams, 428 East Moore St., Greenville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dedrick Devon Ivory, Skyview Apartments, Batesville, was sentenced to 10 years with five years suspended and five years to serve. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Nicholas Martin Roebuck, 299 Pecan St., Pope, was sentenced to 11 years with eight years suspended and three years to serve. The case was heard in Circuit Court. 

Tony Lamonte Bowie, 105 Old Panola Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

June 1

Christopher Michael Aldridge II, 131 Faith Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a writ to take custody. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Martell G. Bankston, 652 B. Todd St., Coldwater, is a state inmate. 

Brandon Scott Welch, 18816 Hwy. 315 North, Sardis, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Everett Riley Mixon, 210 Georgia St., Batesville, is serving two weeks. 

Victor Marquis Ellis, 409 Armstrong, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, aggravated assault and discharging a firearm in city limits. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Donteraus Darrell Mister, 105 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Carl Dandridge, 110 A Rayburn Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

June 2

John Wayne Bradford, 3796 A Eureka Rd., Batesville, is here for court and sentenced two and a half years. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Donald Dewayne Todd, 326 Herron Subdivision, Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert James Boyd, 190 North Auburndale St. Apt. 6, Memphis, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, public drunk and simple assault. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

James Howard Mayer, 104 Perkins Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. 

Joseph David Morris, 274 Jones Ext., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gregory Wayne Pride Jr., 11096 Hwy. 51 South, Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sheldon B. Baggett, 118 Garden Terrace Dr., Oxford, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Excell Jackson, 310 Arizona St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marlon Deveil Cathey, 4979 Larkwood Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and loud music. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Jimmy Marrell Wynn, 2026 Armstead Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.
