State Farm, Medicap advance in JP action

After being down 4-1 going into the second inning, Medicap scored six runs in the second and five in the third inning. The White Sox could only scratch across one run in the second by Warren on a single RBI by Patrick.

Scoring White Sox runs in the first were Brayden Reeves, Brody Bryant, Atley and Patrick Daugherty.

Lane Morrow scored three runs for Medicap. Other scorers include Colton Hubbard, Eli Goodson and Tolleson Estridge, two runs each; Caige and Ben Wolfe one run each.

State Farm-Ray Poole 13, Sayle Oil 6
Six-year-old league champions State Farm-Ray Poole wasted no time taking down Sayle Oil 13-6. The teams were tied at one after the first inning.

Dawson Golden scored for State Farm in top of the inning while Walker Sayle put Sayle Oil on the board.

State Farm scored three runs in the second, four in the third and five in the fourth to earn a berth in the championship game.

Sayle Oil scattered the other five runs in the next three innings with two by Walt Sanders, one each by Preston Shipp, Eli Aven and Matthew. Anchor
Medicap and Ray Poole met Thursday night in the semi-final game to see who would play the winner of the Family Pet Hospital/Batesville Vision game for the championship. Crumpler Construction and Greenpoint Ag played a forfeit game Tuesday as neither team had enough players.
