Ole Miss Baseball to host annual school day game

OXFORD – The Ole Miss baseball team is inviting all area schools to the Rebels’ fourth annual school day game, March 22. Ole Miss will face UT Martin with first pitch set for 11 a.m.
Students, teachers, chaperones and bus drivers are encouraged to attend this event. All will receive complimentary admission to cheer the Rebels on to victory.
Schools are welcome to bring sack lunches to the game, but concession stands will be available and will be featuring at school day combo meal for just $5. The meal includes a hot dog, chips and a juice box. The Rebel Shop will also be open and selling the latest in officially licensed Ole Miss merchandise.

The Rebels are coming off another season that resulted in a trip to the postseason. Facing the nation’s toughest schedule, Ole Miss won at least 30 games for the 18th straight season and earned an NCAA Regional berth for the 20th time in program history, including its 13th trip in the past 15 years.
Ole Miss will open the 2016 season at home on Feb. 19 against Florida International at 4 p.m.
