November 4
William B. Rudd,  42 Ramsey Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeffery Earl Taylor, 60 Ruby Rd., Courtland, has a hold for MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Keithrick Darnell Hunt, 37D Willow Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a bench warrant for four counts of sale of cocaine, five counts subsequent offender, one count possession of controlled substance with intent (cocaine). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tiffany Nicole Austin, 1674 Rockhill Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tyree Dashawn Toney, 609 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eusebio Garcia Castro, 7136 Hwy. 301 Lott 33, Horn Lake, was arrested and charged with DUI, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Conquistadore L. Martin, 3417 Bonnie Lynn St., St. Louis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Stacy Marie Bovee, 164 Haven Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Charlotte Frances Brinson, 104 Haven Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Carl Edward Epps, 5625 Hwy. 51 South, Pope, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Regina Howell Browning, 9460 Hwy. 1, Clarksdale, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order.

Erika Nicole Barber, 708 Letha Wiley Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
