August 4

Terry L. Gardner, 303 Railroad, Como, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Rashad Ortiz Hunt, Third St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and sentenced to serve 12 years in MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tonya Denise Craig, 20A CR 395 Water Valley, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joshua Brian Shciele, 20A CR 395, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Terry Lee Myers, 25 Ford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no child restraint (two counts) and reckless driving. The case will heard in Justice Court.

Elana Eve Gaddy, 1536 Holly St., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

August 5

Rebecca Lee Mayer, 1216 Terza Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tramikecus Raitron Bonner, 716 Letha Wiley Rd., Sardis, is on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Kedrick Tremain Sanford, 8 Old Hwy. 51, Courtland, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Keldric D. Henderson, 112 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Xavier G. Hines, 445 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault and simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Derrick L. Morning, 1229 Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Alexis Mariah Jackson, 158 Fox Trail Run, Oxford, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kelsey Ann Shrum, 19507 Hwy. 51 South, Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Bethany Leighann Herron, 5246 Macedonia Rd., Kenton, Tenn., was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Eddie James Hayes, 2228 Fields Rd, Tunica, was arrested on a warrant for trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Darrelle Nelson Jones, 287 Atkins St.., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal, disorderly conduct, simple assault by threat, no seat belt and public profanity. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Terry S. Osborn, 1445 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 6

Donnise L. Jackson, 182 A Rudd Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jadrein Shermaine Thomas, 28611 Hwy. 51 North, Como, was arrested and charged with family disturbance and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kimberly Nicole Reynolds, 713 Coldwater Dr., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Dennis Clark Henderson, 205 Leonard St. Skyline Apt. No. 2, Batesville, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Wildarius Vantrell Gale, 408 A Dewberry Street, Sardis, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court. 

Sandria Contrell Benson, 216 Noble Street, Batesville, was arrested and charged with ordering forgery. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

 Terry Latravis Boyd, 113 Sorrell Rd, Sledge was arrested and charged with one count of conspiracy and malicious mischief The case will be heard in Circuit Court. 

Darrel M. Davis, 309 Armstrong St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with one count of conspiracy and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

 April Nicole Johnson, 201 Claude Street, Batesville, was arrested and charged with one count fraud-federal assistance. The case will be heard in Circuit court.

 Philip Rea Moore, 204 Brinkley Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with one count of grand larceny. The case will be heard in circuit court.

 Travis Kentrell Gross, 211 Tubs Road apartment 17, Batesville, was arrested and charged with uttering forgery. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

 Carl Wesley Jenkins, 1101 Sardis Lake Dr, Batesville, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Anthony Patton, 212 Claude St., Batesville, arrested and charged with disorderly conduct failure to comply and a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Brandon Monroe Cohn, 9882 Fox Hill Dr., Hernando, arrested and charged with DUI and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 9

Maurice O’rolshel Miles, 4238 Curtis Road, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Luccus L. Gleaton, 744 D Green Road, Pope was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

 Zachary  Newman, 1307 Cliff Finch Road, Batesville is serving 48 hours for Justice Court.

 Tony Levell Wheatley Jr, 4214 Barnacre Road, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and DUI-other. The case will be heard in Justice Court. 

Leslie Paul Allbritton, 401 Mulberry Street, Charleston, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

 Billy Edward Middleton, 260 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lynette S. Hibbler, 1624 Hammond Hill Rd. Lot A, Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Karwanie Lark, 152 Abe Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
