Michael Conner Graham, 3597 Chapel Hill Rd., Decatur, was arrested and charged with tint violation, careless driving, DUI-other, possession of marijuana and expired inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kandrea Deguan Shaw, 12328 Pope-Water Valley Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and running a stop sign. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kevin Demarco Smith, 505 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to pay child support, simple possession of marijuana and sale of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

May 13

Rico Demond Leland, 204 Everett St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Darius D. McNeil, 216 Ford St., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

May 14

Dustin Bray Gowens, 1152 Goodman St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting-second offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Anthony Floyd Bost, 30 County Rd. 107, Oxford, was arrested and charged with shoplifting-second offense. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Walter Charles Tunson Jr., 4060 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Wildarius Vantrell Gales, 408 A Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Timothy D. Benson, 446 C Pope Water Valley Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with DUI-death. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. 

James Williams Smith, 204 Butler St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Charles Rasberry, 2 County Rd. 1051, Oxford, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ulysses Alexander Kee, 522 Edgefield St., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Steven Lamar Barlow, 3328 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was sentenced to 30 years for statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Steven Maurice Toliver, Skyline Motel 200 Hwy. 515 #135, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault (second domestic). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
