The following information was taken from the log book at the David M. Bryan Justice Complex. A charge does not indicate an admission of guilt.

September 9
Brandon Douglas Fowler,  145 Salem Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and DUI other. He also has a hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tommie Dewayne Robertson, 228 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, has a hold for Calhoun County.
Quandra Denise Hentz, 5855 Eureka Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

William Berruer Gant, 215 North Pearl St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Sardis Municpal Court.

Jerrick Durell Todd, 251 Baker Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia and concealed weapon. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joshua Ravon Holmes, 251 Baker Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dimitris Deshae Poole, 416 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lois Teen Spain, 876 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
