August 21
Darius Joel Johnson,  236 A MLK Jr. Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Antonio Cortez Glover, 57 Rodger Rd., Como, is here for court for manslaughter. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Barry Lee Hudspeth Jr., 2380 Truslow Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with public drunk, resisting arrest and has a MDOC hold. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Terry Dewayne Key, 100 Woods St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply and possession of stolen firearm. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Antonio Lawaynetis Reed, 201 C Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building, grand larceny and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
