October 15

Monna Lee Johnson, 508 Bobby St., Oxford, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ladadaron Cortez Taylor, 495 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with conspiracy and possession of  stolen property. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Gredrecus L. Ford, 171 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with conspiracy and possession of stolen property. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Daniel Lee Burns, 614 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Detrailas M. Webster, 2585 A Chapeltown Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Latasha Q. Lewis, 1475 Hadorn Rd. Apt. No. 3, Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and telephone harassment. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

October 16

Marco A. Gordon, 1177 A Mount Level Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lawrence E. Smith, 500 Armstrong St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident.

Timothy C. Coffey, 132 CR 149 Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terrance D. Stewart, 309 Arizona St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with three counts of the sale of cocaine on an indictment. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tracy D. Rushing, 2669 Shell Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Justin Orlando Harmon, 536 Callie Norwood Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with sale of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by convicted felony and a habitual offender. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Michael Strong, 28643 Hwy. 35 North, Sardis, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Issac J. Steed, 7291 Hwy. 32 East, Oakland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court; bond surrender. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rayford Mitchell Pegues, Anderson Estate Lot No. 55, Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI and no tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rachel D. Mister, 2823 Henderson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Keith O’Neal Rudd, 3746 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

RenKeith Dionte Dandridge, 304 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of house arrest. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Marvin Gene Brownlee, 203 D Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation and is being held for MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Elijah Hunt, 185 Lamb St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace, possession of paraphernalia, public drunk and family disturbance. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Johnathan L. Faulkner, 246 Fourth St., Falcon, was arrested and charged with statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Raymond Lamar Barker, 1142 Mallard Pointe Rd., Sardis, was DUI, careless driving, driving while license suspended, speeding and disregard for traffic device. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Thomas Ivy Hood, 1755 Apple Lane, Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with careless driving and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
