In the TVEPA annual report that accompanied proxies mailed to the electrical cooperatives’ members, Chief Executive Officer Brad Robison described completion of “four large projects” to increase service capacity.

“Two projects converted small, older wire to larger wire to accommodate load growth and increase reliability,” Robison stated. “Two other projects consisted of converting the voltage of existing lines to higher voltage to improve the service in areas incorporated by these projects,” the CEO continued. “In most cases it practically consists of rebuilding the electrical lines and infrastructure.”

TVEPA provides electrical service to about 27,000 in portions of nine counties.

The meeting will be held in the auditorium of the TVEPA building at 250 Power Drive.
