Theresa Joy Pollock,  64, passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at the Panola Medical Center in Batesville.

The family invites everyone to celebrate Theresa’s life and gather at Wells Funeral Home in Batesville on Wednesday, June 8,  from 4 to 6  p.m.

Theresa was born on September 25, 1957 to the late Jefferson Burl Pollock and Ouida Mae Ware Pollock in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. Theresa was a strong woman, especially strong in her faith with Jesus Christ.

The family she leaves behind includes her daughter, Stephanie O’Quinn of Batesville; three sisters, Beverly Pollock Buchannan of Adrian, MI, Conchetta Pollock Castle of Ypsilanti, MI, and Deborah Pollock Stokes of Milan, MI; one brother Bruce Pollock of New Boston, MI; 4 grandchildren, Theresa Demi Croom, Cassie Mae O’Quinn, Joshua Charles Buchannan, and Dekota Dawn Mills; and 5 great grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Larry Pollock.
