Batesville Municipal Court

Batesville Municipal Court was held Wednesday, March 4, with Judge Jay Westfaul presiding.

Heather M. Cox, 1190 Mudline Rd., Enid, failed to appear on charges of no drivers’ license, no insurance, improper equipment and non-payment of old fines. An warrant was issued for her arrest.

William W. Holly, Jr., 42 Marshall St., Charleston, had a shoplifting case continued until a later date.

Travis Steele, no address given, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was credited for time served.

In cases set for trial,

Winter Swope, 802 MLK Dr., West Helena, Ark. ,was found guilty of disorderly conduct-failure to comply and sentenced to 10 days in jail.
