Batesville Municipal Court was held Wednesday, Feb. 26, with Judge Jay Westfaul presiding.

Derek O. Chapman, 2454 Cottonplant Rd., Batesville, pleaded guilty to trespassing and non-payment of old fines totaling $723 due in 30 days.

Alyssa Nicholson, 011 CR221, Oxford, was found guilty under sworn testimony of shoplifting and was fined $1,146.

Lorenzo Ward, 110 Patterson St., Batesville, pleaded guilty to false identifying information and old fines all totaling $1,683.

Chrisshun Cole, 200 Hwy. 51, Batesville, returned to court for a bond hearing on charges of felony possession of a weapon, felony possession of a stolen firearm, felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Judge Westfaul set bond at $25,000.

Spencer C. Jenkins, 183 Linker St., Batesville, was found guilty of domestic violence and fined $200 due in 30 days.
