The City of Batesville Municipal Court was held Wednesday, Nov. 6, with Judge Charlie Baglan presiding.

Tiffany M. Mottley, 200 Lester St., Batesville, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay $1,146 due in 30 days.

Timothy A. Baskins,1240 Fairhaven Loop, Crenshaw, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay $1,146 due in 30 days.

Shelby F.Ware,1898 Farrish Gravel Rd.,Batesville, failed to appear for the third time on a shoplifting charge.A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Janetra R.Burgess, 3436 Nash Rd., Batesville, failed to appear for the second time on a shopping charge. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Edward W. Donahou, Jr. 24455 Hwy.35 East Sardis, had a felony embezzlement charge bound over to the Panola Co. Grand Jury.

Devin Tribble, 216 1/2 West St., Batesville, had a felony possession of a controlled substance with intent charge bound over to the Panola Co. grand jury.

In cases set for trial,

Javonte C. Garrett, 205 Claude St., Batesville, was found guilty of shoplifting and was fined $1,146.

Kendrick D. Jones, 205 Claude St, Batesville, was found guilty of petit larceny and was fined $348.
